
We've had to take out a contract with PlusNet as well so we can actually have broadband at home. This is still going on, I've been connected to VM for over two weeks now and it's been unusable for the majority of that time. Your modem continuously sends ranging request messages to the Cable Modem Termination System (CMTS) managed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to establish a connection. Re: 'No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out'. Internet service drops for several minutes everytime this happens. If you are using a cable modem in your home setup, the no ranging response received t3 time-out is an error messages you’re likely to come across at some point. Would appreciate some help getting this resolved. The errors started a couple months ago, and I'm guessing something has gone wrong with the last line that was ran. I'm using an arris surfboard sb6183 modem the coax line from pole to house was replaced June 2019 or so, and the service was working great for a while.
